My Approach

A blend of science and humanity

I primarily draw from two evidence-based therapeutic modalities: Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). These approaches are rooted in the understanding that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected.

By exploring and gently challenging our thought patterns, we can effect meaningful, positive changes in our emotions and actions. I also weave in person-centered, art and play therapy, IFS, and visual desensitization tailoring each session to who you are.
